Orders ship in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

• Free shipping on orders $50+.
• $4.99 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
• All orders ship via USPS First Class (3–5 business days).
  Tracking is included with every order.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.
•  IDream Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; please file a claim with USPS.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetics, all sales are final.
Refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Photo proof may be required.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for lip products.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, email us within 48 hours and
we’ll make it right.
